Just eight miles north of Boston lies the affluent town of Winchester. It was informally known as “Waterfield,” as the area was comprised of small ponds and rivers that ran through the central village. Located just off of Route 93 and also accessed via the commuter rail line, getting in and out of Winchester has made it a sought after “W” town to call home.
